Job summary

Baker Commodities is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to grow and maintain our customer base across the meat, seafood, and food processing sectors. You will travel extensively to meet clients, coordinate service needs, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in the restaurant/food industry, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This full-time role requires independence and strong communication skills in a dynamic field

Qualifications

Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Occasional travel required to meet clients and Inspectors as needed.
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Solicit new business and maintain existing customer base in the meat, fish, food processing, and restaurant industries.
Communicate with customers to ensure service satisfaction and identify additional needs.
Meet with cancelled accounts to attempt reactivation and growth.
Schedule meetings and cold calls in identified areas.
Prepare customer setup sheets and enter new customer information in routing system.
Provide daily reports to Division General Manager and Location Manager.
Travel 75-90% to visit customers and ensure service quality.
