Baker Commodities, Inc. is seeking a field-based sales professional to procure new business and maintain our existing customer base in the meat, fish, and food processing sectors. The role involves 75-90% travel to customer sites and requires strong communication with customers and company staff.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in the restaurant/food industry, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and proficiency in MS Office. High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain existing customer base in meat, fish, food processing, and restaurant industries.
• Communicate with customers regularly to ensure proper service and identify additional needs.
• Meet with cancelled accounts to understand reasons and attempt recovery.
• Schedule meetings with customers and set up cold calls in designated areas.
• Communicate effectively with customers and all levels of company personnel.
