Home City Ice is seeking a Division Sales Manager to combine customer service with outside sales, driving growth and owning the customer experience across accounts in the division area.

The role involves 100% field-based work, prospecting for new business, and ensuring swift resolution of customer inquiries. A competitive salary plus bonus, company car, and a provided phone are included to support performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make 12-18 in-person calls per day plus handle inbound customer calls to support accounts.
• Be the single point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns in the assigned geography.
• Take ownership of inquiries and coordinate with departments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Develop new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling when needed.
• Plan efficient routes for on-site visits to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
• Serve as the contact for potential customers from lead to first delivery.
• Occasionally assist the operations team with deliveries or merchandiser swaps.
