TORQ Coatings is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing Midwest team. You will meet with homeowners for free consultations, evaluate projects, explain our premium concrete coating systems, and guide customers through a professional sales experience.

No prior sales experience required; training and coaching provided. You’ll join a field-based role with uncapped commission potential and a clear path to leadership opportunities as you perform and grow.
