AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove in-home experiences across Ohio communities, including Brecksville, Parma and surrounding areas. You’ll independently engage warm prospects, showcase the latest technology, and close sales with hands-on demos and service assessments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official use
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the field with personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
