Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional or related leader to join its World Class Sales Team. The role focuses on developing new business, building relationships with accounts, and achieving sales and profit goals across the territory.

Candidates can expect a base salary with bonus opportunities and promotional incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing sales training. Some non-traditional hours may be required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of the Sysco Sales Internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable growth.
• Research customer needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet those needs.
• Drive personal vehicle to accounts and events as required.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Manage deliveries and coordinate with transportation and credit departments as needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in training sessions.
