Dandale Fence, LLC in the Carolinas is seeking a Sales Representative to meet clients, visit properties, and help them choose fencing solutions that fit their home. You will guide material selections, present durable options, and ensure seamless delivery from sale to installation.

The role emphasizes listening, transparency, and community engagement with a team-oriented culture and ongoing training.

Formación

• At least two years of experience in direct sales or field-based consulting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for client interaction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret basic structural blueprints or site diagrams.
• Proficiency in measuring tools and basic math for accurate project estimating.

Responsabilidades

• Visit customer sites throughout Silver Spring to assess project requirements and site conditions.
• Draft clear, accurate project estimates and present them to homeowners.
• Guide clients through material choices, focusing on durability and style options that meet their vision.
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure that what we promise in the sale is what we deliver on-site.
• Follow up with potential clients to answer technical questions and finalize project details.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and project status updates within our internal system.
• Maintain a 35% close rate on leads assigned.
• Maintain a positive, healthy team culture treating everyone with respect
