Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative focused on Injury and Infection Prevention to promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff in a field-based role. You will support demonstrations, manage customer relationships, and ensure client satisfaction while advancing through training and industry events.

You will engage in product education, tailor messages per customer needs, and assist with post-sale training and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and hospital staff.
• Follow extensive product training to tailor promotional messages and advise on product selection.
• Assist in hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training for customer adoption.
• Demonstrate teamwork and provide highly responsive customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluation.
