Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to promote Sage products in Injury/Infection Prevention to healthcare providers. You will assist with product demonstrations, support customer relationships, and participate in training and events to advance within the sales organization.

Key duties include promoting to nurses and hospital staff, tailoring messages after training, and aiding in hospital surveys, post-sale implementation, and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Sage products to nurses, clinicians and hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships.
• Follow extensive product training, to tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and advise on product selection.
• Assist in hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by teamwork, problem solving, and a highly responsive level of service.
• Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines during product evaluation.
