Job summary

Women of the Vine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Associate for the Olympic Division in Auburn/Puyallup, WA. The role focuses on merchandising, servicing accounts, and driving sales within a large beverage distribution network.

As a full-time team member, you will build relationships with stores, maintain displays, and support Sales Consultants and Area Managers. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit (where applicable).
• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Proficient in using SGWS technology and mobile devices.
• Effective communication through various methods.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships.
• Service stores in assigned territories and refill product displays.
• Fill cold boxes and warm shelves at accounts.
• Assemble and fill display racks.
• Support Sales Consultants and Area Managers with accounts and route coverage.
• Prioritize sales activities to meet growth plans.
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and present them well.
• Propose selling solutions and close sales.
• Attend sales meetings, trainings, and supplier events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
