Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Associate to support Sales Consultants and Area Managers by merchandising, servicing accounts, and selling to customers in WA. The role involves driving to Auburn and nearby areas, building credibility with retailers, and maintaining stocked displays.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work Tuesday through Saturday with early mornings.

Qualifications

• Ability to secure and maintain a State Sales Permit as required by state law
• Able to analyze data and information
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties
• Proficient with mobile devices and professional communication methods
• Able to communicate clearly and tailor messages
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Build positive customer relationships based on trust
• Service stores in assigned territories and replenish displays
• Fill cold boxes and warm shelves at accounts
• Assemble, install, and fill display racks
• Assist Sales Consultants with account management and route coverage
• Prioritize activities to meet business growth plans
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively
• Propose selling solutions using consultative selling
• Meet internal and supplier objectives as prioritized
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned
