Fastenal Co. is seeking a Full-time Sales Associate at our DENEW Public Store in Wilmington, DE. You will engage customers, drive sales through a consultative approach, and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients in the local market.

You will support B2B sales, coordinate with internal resources, and travel to customer sites as needed. This role offers a path for growth within a Fortune 500 company with comprehensive benefits.
