What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the regional sales manager in identifying new customers and system integration opportunities
- Service and sell wireless automation equipment to upstream oil and gas accounts in the Midland/Odessa area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and end-users, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries
- Conduct presentations and service training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of products and services
- Travel up to 60% to support customer needs and foster relationships in the assigned regions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or relevant certifications in engineering or automation
- 3-5 years of experience in servicing or selling automation equipment, specifically to upstream oil and gas accounts
- Strong technical knowledge of automation equipment and processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and presentation tools like PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with commissioning various types of instruments, such as PLCs, RTUs, radar systems, and flow devices
- Familiarity with analog signals, Modbus communications, digital I/O, and HART communications
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to achieve personal and corporate goals
