Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative, Service to develop customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support business growth. The role involves strategic territory management, market trend analysis, and collaboration across teams. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries, fostering cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Qualify and respond to leads from various sources.
  • Collaborate internally to develop strategies for customer retention and recovery.
  • Prospect target accounts, set meetings, and develop sales opportunities.
  • Create value through the sales process for customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and nurture contacts within accounts.
  • Prepare quotes for services and plans.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, CPQ, ERP to manage customer data and activities.
  • Process orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Provide market feedback to sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with sales managers and teams.
  • Participate in team discussions and efforts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in service sales, prospecting, and systematic sales processes.
  • Experience with compressed air systems or similar technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing, engineering, or related fields; relevant experience considered.
