Position Overview

In this role, you will drive sales of our premier product lines within a major retail partner. This position offers opportunities to enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills within a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent sales and customer service, demonstrating product knowledge and enthusiasm.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Maintain relationships with store staff and management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and understand competitors.
  • Participate in training programs and apply learned skills.
  • Conduct in-store product training and demonstrations.
  • Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and management.
  • Plan and execute demo events, store walks, and trade shows.
  • Develop market knowledge and analyze competitive data.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation.
  • Manage inventory levels and participate in resets and merchandising installations.
  • Sell directly to customers in retail settings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass drug and MVR screening.
  • Valid personal vehicle insurance.
  • Willingness to travel and transport company property.
  • Work nights and weekends as required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly salary: $24.04 - $25.96 (Target annual $50,000 - $54,000).
  • Sales contests and incentives.
  • Vehicle allowance of $400/month.
