True North Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Agent who will work in the field with local business owners and employees. This is a ground-floor opportunity offering hands-on training and room to grow into leadership roles.

No prior sales experience is necessary; we train the skills you bring the energy and drive. You’ll receive licensing support for Health & Life insurance as you build your client base.

Qualifications

• No sales experience required; right mindset and coachability are valued.
• Willing to get licensed in Health & Life insurance within 30 days (fees reimbursed).
• Comfortable talking with people and building relationships.
• Ability to follow systems and plans and learn quickly.
• Entrepreneurial drive or interest in business ownership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and attend appointments with small businesses.
• Present supplemental benefit packages to employees in group settings.
• Help individuals select the right coverage for their needs.
