True North Group LLC in Prairieville, LA is seeking a Sales Agent Trainee to launch a career in field sales. You will meet with individuals and teams in person, present workplace insurance benefits, and build your own pipeline while learning to close deals.

We provide uncapped weekly commissions with a weekly draw, plus comprehensive training, incentive trips, and a clear career path from day one. A Health and Life Insurance license is required before you start, with licensing costs reimbursed
