Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a sales-forward professional to drive growth in the Western Maryland territory from the Frederick, MD office. You will build relationships, coordinate in-store promotions, and ensure product quality and timely execution of sales plans.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 4–5+ years with HS). Valid driving license and ability to lift heavy items are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and grow new business.
• Execute plans and promotions at retail, coordinating displays and promotions.
• Maintain QC compliance and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other duties as assigned.
