Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a driven Sales Associate to achieve monthly sales targets and grow Western Maryland distribution from the Frederick, MD office. You will coordinate retail promotions, manage inventory, and ensure product freshness and proper placement across accounts.

The role requires a 21+ driver with reliable vehicle and the ability to lift heavy product. A Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience or a related combination is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Employee must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicate pricing and promotions, and coordinate displays and POS materials.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts and manage inventory to minimize stockouts and mis-codes.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

*This role will be based out of the Frederick, MD office and will serve the Western Maryland territory*

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
