Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to introduce Virginia Green's lawn care programs.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to understand lawn conditions and homeowner goals.
• Educate customers on tailored solutions for long-term lawn health.
• Set clear expectations and build trust from the first interaction.
• Prospect new customers through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and community presence.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional services to enhance results and customer satisfaction.
• Track leads and sales activity in the CRM and maintain territory data.
