Bay Insulation Supply of L.A., a division of CWCI Insulation of L.A., Inc., seeks an experienced Sales Account Manager to grow sales of insulation, adhesives, and HVAC products by building strong customer relationships and delivering knowledgeable product solutions.

The role combines relationship-building, technical product knowledge, and business development, with responsibilities to develop a pipeline, meet revenue goals, and collaborate with internal teams to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years’ sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing business opportunities.
• Research and identify potential customers and new markets.
• Follow up on sales leads and proactively develop new leads.
• Make regular sales calls and customer visits to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts that generate new business.
• Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Coordinate and participate in trade shows and other industry events as directed by the company.
