Job summary

HD Supply in Austin seeks a Field Account Representative to grow sales with multi-family housing clients. You will manage an existing portfolio, prospect new accounts, and drive revenue through consultative solutions.

This remote role requires residence in the Austin area, strong Excel and CRM skills, and a track record of meeting targets. A company vehicle may be provided, with base salary plus incentive and the tools to succeed.

Qualifications

• Reside in Austin, TX or surrounding areas with reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, and more.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM.
• Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers on all levels of an organization.
• Manages sales volume with an existing group of customers, prospects successfully to expand the customer base.
• Develops and implements plans to expand business presence in the assigned area.
• Shares market and competitor information with all applicable channels within the organization; establishes relationships and working partnerships.
• Attends the monthly business meetings for all company sponsored associations.
• Participates in all local trade shows, and, if required, similar regional / national activities.
