The role involves conducting safety audits, coaching teams, leading toolbox talks, supporting incident investigations, ensuring PPE compliance, documenting observations, and traveling between sites to maintain regional safety presence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field safety experience or utility safety oversight.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and observe field activities.
• Coach teams on proper safety techniques and procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks and site-specific training.
• Support root cause investigations of incidents.
• Ensure crews are in compliance with PPE and job-specific hazards.
• Document observations and report non-compliance.
• Monitor usage of equipment and safety tools.
• Coordinate with supervisors to improve safety performance.
• Provide input on policy updates based on observations.
• Travel between sites to maintain regional safety presence.
