Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Specialist Safety to promote a culture of safety across work locations. You will conduct safety audits, coach teams on techniques, lead toolbox talks, and support incident investigations to improve safety performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in field safety, knowledge of federal/state regs, and the ability to travel between sites. We offer weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) with match, and education reimbursement as part of a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in field safety or utility safety oversight.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and monitor field activities.
• Coach teams on proper safety techniques and procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks and site-specific training.
• Support root cause investigations of incidents.
• Ensure crews comply with PPE and job-specific hazards.
• Document observations and report non-compliance.
• Monitor usage of equipment and safety tools.
• Coordinate with supervisors to improve safety performance.
• Provide input on policy updates based on observations.
• Travel between sites to maintain regional safety presence.
