Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Specialist Safety to promote a culture of safety through field engagement, compliance monitoring, and training across multiple locations. You will conduct safety audits, coach teams, lead toolbox talks, and support incident investigations.

The role requires travel to various job sites, a valid driver's license, and 3–5 years in field safety oversight. A high school diploma or GED is expected, with a strong knowledge of federal/state safety

• Experience conducting safety audits in field settings.
• Ability to coach teams on safety techniques and procedures.
• Experience leading toolbox talks and site-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and observe field activities.
• Coach teams on proper safety techniques and procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks and site-specific training.
• Support root cause investigations of incidents.
• Ensure crews comply with PPE and hazards specific to job sites.
• Document observations and report non-compliance.
• Monitor usage of equipment and safety tools.
• Coordinate with supervisors to improve safety performance.
• Provide input on policy updates based on observations.
• Travel between sites to maintain regional safety presence.
