Job summary

Brink Constructors, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Safety Professional – Field to promote safe work practices on job sites and partner with managers and crews to prevent incidents.

This field-based role requires 3–5 years of field safety experience, strong OSHA and DOT knowledge, training delivery skills, and the ability to conduct investigations. Willingness to travel up to 100% and a DOT physical/medical card are required. This is a non-exempt hourly position.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field safety or related experience, preferably in construction/utilities/industrial environments.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards, DOT regulations, and applicable safety laws.
• Proven ability to conduct incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
• Experience delivering safety training programs (eg. First Aid/CPR/AED).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence field teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety observations and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Deliver, schedule, and track safety training, including onboarding and refresher sessions.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; lead learning reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory standards (OSHA, DOT).
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, logs, and training records.
• Monitor DOT compliance, including vehicle inspections and hours-of-service tracking.
• Collaborate with external safety agencies to implement best practices in safety management.
