Job summary

Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Safety Professional – Field to promote safe work practices on active job sites, conduct safety observations, deliver trainings, investigate incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This field-based role requires up to 100% travel, a DOT physical and medical card, and an hourly, non-exempt schedule with pay between $45 and $49 per hour; candidates will join a company offering a robust benefits package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of field safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and DOT regulations.
• Proven incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Experience delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic field environments.
• Valid driver's license and willing to travel.
• Safety certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with safety documentation and compliance tracking.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA recordkeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety observations and audits.
• Deliver, schedule, and track safety training.
• Investigate incidents and lead learning reviews.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies.
• Assist in developing safety policies based on field insights.

• Collaborate with external safety agencies.
• Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Mentor field teams to foster a safety-first culture.
