Job summary

Flagger Force, Inc. seeks a Safety Professional to observe and evaluate work sites, respond to incidents, and support injury management and safety program implementation.

The role is predominantly field-based with responsibilities across incident reporting, investigations, and training material development. You will work closely with the Safety Manager to ensure compliance with DOT qualifications, safety policies, and company standards while maintaining professional conduct and a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in occupational safety and health or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Maintain valid internal training certifications through Flagger Force Academy.
• Must hold all required Department of Transportation qualifications for assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license in accordance with Flagger Force standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of safety and quality programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Operational assistance including FIRs, pre-cons, and client feedback.
• Review facilities for general safety, including fire and emergency procedures.
• Develop content for safety programs and assist with execution.
• Complete daily activity report and submit daily reporting.
• Perform incident investigation as required.
• Participate in incident investigation review with management as required.
• Assist in developing post incident lessons learned and training materials.
