Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking a Safety Professional to observe and evaluate work sites, respond to incidents, and support injury management and safety programs in alignment with our values and mission.

The role emphasizes field activity (about 80%), incident investigations, and development of training materials, with a focus on safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written, analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage time effectively.
• Ability to manage high stress scenarios and environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of safety and quality programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Operational assistance including FIRs, pre-cons, and client feedback.
• Review assigned facilities for general safety, including fire, and emergency procedures.
• Development content for safety programs and assist with execution.
• Complete daily activity report and submit daily reporting.
• Perform incident investigation as required.
• Participate in incident investigation review with management as required.
• Assist in the development of post incident lessons learned and training materials (i.e. FF Learn content).
• Compile, maintain, analyze and report incidents, audit and safety statistics.
• Assist and support RISK department projects and process improvement.
