Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Field Safety Specialist II to lead fleet and warehouse safety initiatives across PBV operations. You will analyze incident data, conduct investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety programs.

Key responsibilities include coaching drivers, coordinating regulatory audits, and mentoring safety staff, with a focus on protecting personnel and assets across multiple states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in fleet or safety positions.
• Must pass a DOT physical.
• Pass Motor Fleet Accident Investigation course.

Responsibilities

• Serve as DSD subject matter expert for all EHS programs.
• Lead PBV-wide driving performance initiatives across DSD, BES, and OTR operations.
• Develop and implement standardized driver coaching and remediation programs.
• Respond to and conduct vehicle incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Conduct transportation and regulatory compliance audits.
• Analyze driving safety metrics, scorecards and trends, and develop improvement strategies.
• Mentor Field Safety Specialists and operational leaders.
• Perform regular safety audits and inspections of facilities and fleet.
