Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Fleet Senior Leader to oversee PBNA’s nationwide fleet operations. The role directs 1,000 assets, 20 technicians, and $15M in spend, reporting to the Fleet Director.

You will drive safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance while optimizing performance across Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations. leading a high‑performing team, you will implement end‑to‑end asset management, cost controls, and transformation initiatives to achievePep+ sustainability and fleet efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years previous experience in Fleet Maintenance, transportation, or Supply Chain Operations, or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years in Leadership including building high‑performing teams, fostering collaboration, performance management, and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of DOT Guidelines and private fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives to reduce injuries, ensure DOT/compliance, and provide training for the team.
• Improve operational readiness with End‑to‑End Asset Management and world‑class fleet service support.
• Manage regulatory compliance (DOT, EPA, SMART, FDA, SAG, and PepsiCo Internal Audits).
• Drive fleet productivity and financial performance by reducing costs, improving reliability, and optimizing assets.
• Lead and develop teams to deliver a high‑performing frontline culture and leadership growth.
• Advocate Pep+ sustainability by decarbonizing the private fleet and promoting fuel‑saving initiatives.
