Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Fleet Technician C to join our team to keep fleet equipment in safe, reliable condition. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and document repairs in our fleet software.

We value hands-on skills, basic welding, and the ability to work outdoors. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, ASE/technical training, and be able to meet PBV driving requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE/technical certification or 0-2 years related experience/training.
• Ability to diagnose and repair diesel, gasoline, and propane fuel systems.
• Diagnose air, hydraulic, and electric brake systems; vehicle HVAC; electrical systems.
• General vehicle knowledge; battery powered industrial equipment.
• Basic welding skills.
• Proficient with tools and equipment.
• Ability to operate and drive vehicles safely; meet PBV driving qualifications.
• MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and diagnostic software experience.
• Own a basic set of mechanical tools; ability to work outside year-round.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and inspections on all fleet equipment.
• Performs minor repairs to all fleet equipment as needed.
• Performs basic diagnostics and troubleshooting of fault codes or symptoms.
• Documents repairs and parts used in fleet software.
• Maintains courteous and professional conduct while representing the fleet shop.
• Assists team members when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
