Job summary

CRH Americas Materials in Omaha, NE seeks a Field Safety Specialist I to help implement and improve safety programs across multiple lines of business. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Prior experience in safety, construction, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of safety programs, policies, and procedures including new-hire safety orientation and onboarding.
• Participate in routine safety inspections and support site-specific safety planning to identify hazards and maintain compliance.
• Help track corrective actions from inspections, audits, and investigations; maintain safety records and training documentation.
