Responsibilities

• Conducts field and driver observations and documents in system of record.
• Supports accident investigation team as subject matter expert to help determine causal factors.
• Ensures collaboration with line of business and integrates safety across the organization.
• Communicates safety trends and recommends corrective actions.
• Coaches LOB supervisors on new safety programs.
• Serves as Safety SME for LOB supervisors and field employees.
• Consults on incident investigations, SIAP completion and corrective actions."
• May participate in safety kickoffs or morning meetings with crews.
• May support implementation of companywide safety initiatives.
