Zusammenfassung

ERM is hiring a Safety Specialist regionally in Northern California (Sacramento to Bakersfield). You will engage with client and contractor teams to promote safe work practices, ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA and TD-1464S, and support the client’s safety program across a broad range of activities.

This full-time fixed-term role (12 months, renewable) involves field reviews, safety observations, incident investigations, and training delivery to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with electric line construction crews.
• Minimum two years’ experience performing safety observations over contractors.
• Must have OSHA 30-hour or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Review contractor safety documents (e.g., SAPs, PSSPs, JSAs).
• Inspect site activities during kick-offs and high-risk scopes.
• Provide on-site safety support to identify, prevent, and mitigate risks.
• Lead safety incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate corrective actions and communicate safety information to teams.
