Job summary

Steadfast Alliance seeks a Director of Safety & Risk Management to lead safety, training, and risk programs for 350+ employees in the Tampa Bay area. This strategic role partners with Operations to ensure safe, efficient field work and regulatory compliance company-wide.

You will drive incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and fleet safety initiatives while mentoring supervisors and embedding The Steadfast Way in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years progressive safety leadership experience.
• Experience leading safety for organizations with 250+ employees.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and DOT/Fleet Safety experience.
• Workers' Compensation management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and accountability across the company.
• Partner with Operations to coach and remove obstacles for safe work.
• Oversee OSHA, DOT, EPA compliance and audits.
• Develop safety training and leadership programs.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee fleet safety programs and driver qualifications.
• Monitor safety metrics and KPI reporting.
