Eclipse Advantage is seeking a Site Safety Coordinator to promote a strong safety culture at customer sites in New Jersey. You will serve as a field-based safety resource, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

You will conduct observations, identify hazards, coordinate corrective actions, and support incident investigations. The role requires training delivery, risk assessment, and strong collaboration with Operations and Corporate

Formación

• Experience in safety program implementation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety principles.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine safety observations and inspections at client sites.
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions with site leadership.
• Monitor compliance with Eclipse safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
