Job summary

Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Field Safety Representative I to promote the IIF culture by ensuring coworkers return home safely each night.

You will spend 100% of time in the field coaching on unsafe conditions and behaviors, recognizing safe practices, and acting as a safety resource for the project team. You will embed with the project team to drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and OSHA 30 hour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 4 years of concrete construction experience and prior experience as a Field Safety Coordinator.
• Must obtain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Company's IIF Culture by Being a Safety Resource to the Project
• Assists in Project Compliance with all Safety Rules and Regulations
• Assists with or Conducts Case Management
• Ensures a Safe Work Environment
• Participates in Training/Certifications
