Job summary

Advantage Technical, Boise, ID, is seeking a Field Safety Professional for a large construction project. This temporary role focuses on hands-on safety oversight in the field, ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA knowledge, First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and the ability to work outdoors. Schedule is five 10‑hour shifts with a $174/day per diem for eligible candidates residing more than 50 miles

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• CHST, CSP, and/or OSHA 500 certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, hazard recognition, PPE requirements, and safety training practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer systems.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and climb stairs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide field safety oversight on construction site to protect workers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and enforce safety programs and incident prevention measures.
