Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Safety Professional to join our field team on an Advanced Technology project. Based on our nationwide safety standards, you will work with project management, field supervision, and craft employees to identify hazards, reinforce safe work planning, and help ensure work is performed safely.

This salaried, 5-day work week role requires a strong field presence, good judgment, and excellent communication.

Formación

• 2+ years of construction safety experience or a similar field safety role.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support incident prevention through field observations and coaching.
• Conduct job walks to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Collaborate with superintendents and crews on safe work planning.
• Assist inspections of job site areas, tools, equipment, and practices.
• Support safety requirements for fall protection, confined space, and more.
• Participate in incident investigations and assist corrective actions.
• Assist safety orientations, toolbox talks, and site training.
