Job summary

Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration, Inc. is seeking a proactive Field Safety Compliance Specialist to join our Wheeling, WV team. This field-based role travels to multiple residential and commercial sites in a company vehicle to conduct safety checks and ensure OSHA alignment.

You will mentor field techs, manage safety reports, and oversee chemical safety for standard cleaners. The position requires 1–3 years in field safety and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field safety, construction safety, or restoration compliance experience.
• Post-secondary education in safety-related field; professional safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety audits and site visits across active restoration/construction sites.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and prepare safety reports, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Lead incident/injury documentation and worker’s compensation reporting.
• Mentor field technicians on safety best practices and perform toolbox talks.
• Oversee chemical safety: handling, labeling, and SDS compliance for standard products.
• Serve as safety liaison between field teams, project managers and leadership.
