Qualifications

• OSHA knowledge and general workplace safety principles.
• Experience conducting site inspections and documenting findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in field environments with remote supervision.
• Experience with environmental compliance topics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety programs.
• Conduct field audits and site inspections to identify hazards.
• Provide safety training and support onboarding of staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental requirements.
• Support environmental incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Promote safety culture and practical compliance across field teams.
• Travel up to 50% across the United States to support multiple sites.
