Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• OSHA 510, EM 385, and NFPA 70E certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910 & 1926 standards and General Duty requirements.
• Experience with incident reporting, inspections, investigations, and JHAs/JSAs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field safety inspections at project sites.
• Ensure OSHA/EM 385/NFPA 70E compliance and safety policy adherence.
• Support incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review field safety documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist onboarding safety training and ongoing workforce training.
• Educate field teams on PPE usage and safety procedures; drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and audit written safety programs (LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space).
• Report site-level findings and trends to Safety Director; recommend improvements.
• Travel to project sites up to 75% (1–3 day visits).
