Job summary

QC Servion is a centralized hub offering safety and project support across critical construction sites in the United States. The Safety Manager will lead field safety programs, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with the Safety Director.

The role requires up to 75% travel nationwide, strong knowledge of OSHA standards, and hands-on training to empower field teams with practical safety practices and compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety and/or critical infrastructure safety.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• OSHA 510, EM 385, and NFPA 70E certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910/1926 standards and general duties.
• Experience with incident reporting, inspections, investigations, JHAs/JSAs, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and clear field communication of safety expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field safety inspections across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EM 385, NFPA 70E, and safety policies.
• Support incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Review and audit field safety documentation for accuracy.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing workforce safety training.
• Educate field teams on PPE and safe work practices.
• Develop, implement, and audit written safety programs (LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined Space).
• Report site findings, trends, and recommendations with the Safety Director.
• Travel to project sites up to 75% (1–3 day visits).
