Sheakley is seeking a Safety Manager to support an electrical contractor on a Microsoft data center project in Mt. Pleasant, WI. This long-term opportunity features a 60-hour week, daily per diem, and a strong emphasis on field leadership and safety excellence.

Ideal candidates have OSHA 30, 5+ years of construction safety experience, and proven ability to engage with crews and supervisors on-site to identify hazards and improve safe work practices over a multi-year duration.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Strong field engagement and communication skills.
• Electrical construction and data center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
