The Field Safety Manager promotes the Company's IIF culture by ensuring every co-worker returns home safely every night. Expected to spend at least 90% of their time in the field observing and coaching co-workers and Field Safety Representatives on correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors. Reinforces positive behavior through recognition and rewards. Serves as a resource to co-workers by answering safety questions and sharing lessons learned. Uses leading indicators to influence the future safety direction of the project. Embeds themselves with the project team and adopts a hands-on approach to improve safety, quality, and productivity (SQP).
