Job summary

PPC Partners, Inc. is seeking a Safety Lead to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety programs across our operations in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.

You will serve as a key safety resource, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading audits and investigations, and coaching teams to reduce risk and promote a safety-first culture. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Safety Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of occupational safety experience required.
• OSHA 30 Certification required; First Aid/CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of safety programs at jobsites.
• Partner with leadership to establish safety objectives and metrics.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and assessments of sites and practices.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses; develop corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks; mentor safety staff.
