Job summary

MP Systems, part of PPC Partners, is seeking a Manager of Health and Safety to lead safety programs, training, and incident investigations across our jobsites. You will promote a proactive safety culture, assess risks, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting project execution.

In this role, you will partner with operations, manage PPE, and drive continuous improvements in safety performance. A BS in Occupational Safety and Health and field leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior internship or work experience in safety or leadership is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive safety culture across jobsites, departments, and branches.
• Conduct field assessments and site visits to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Serve as a resource to supervisors on safety procedures and compliance.
• Lead safety training for supervisors and field employees; oversee safety talks.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and report findings to leadership.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claim support and safety violation responses.
• Support development plans for leadership talent and ongoing safety improvements.
