Job summary

ValSource is seeking a Field Safety Representative for full-time roles across three locations to support a Safety Leadership Program in pharmaceutical and biotech settings. The role emphasizes fostering a safety culture, conducting audits, and coordinating with contractors and project teams.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of construction safety experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to work weekends. Local working locations include Conshohocken, Elkton, and Rahway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Health and Safety or related field; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• OSHA 510, Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry.
• 30-Hour Construction Safety Outreach Training.
• Third-party safety certifications: CHST, COSS, CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and administer job safety analyses and pre-task safety plans.
• Manage safety permits, logs and contractor safety orientation processes.
• Audit safety programs and field safety procedures with project teams.
• Collect and report leading/lagging safety metrics and conduct site safety reviews.
