Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking an Assistant Safety Manager to support the Safety Department across multiple job sites in the region.

You will promote a proactive, behavior-based safety culture, conduct site visits, train employees, and investigate incidents to drive continuous improvement. You will ensure compliance with CCC policies and regulatory requirements, maintain safety records, and collaborate with project teams to plan safe means and methods for high-risk activities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is required.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly to job sites.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement company safety policies across all sites.
• Conduct site visits and trainings; lead investigations.
• Develop safety plans and pre-task docs with teams.
• Coordinate with superintendents on high-risk activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and CCC policies.
• Maintain OSHA logs and safety records.
• Lead safety meetings and audits.
